Terms of Service

1. Introduction

Welcome to BST SERVICE. These Terms of Service govern your use of our services and constitute a legally binding agreement between you and BST SERVICE, a business consulting and marketing services company based in Warsaw, Poland.

By engaging our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Services

BST SERVICE provides the following professional services:

• E-commerce marketing strategy and implementation
• Pay-Per-Click (PPC) advertising management
• Business consulting and strategic advisory
• Personal development coaching and training

We do not guarantee specific outcomes, rankings, or business results. Marketing success depends on numerous factors beyond our control.

3. User Obligations

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and timely information
• Pay all fees in accordance with agreed payment terms
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Grant necessary access to accounts and platforms

Invoices are due within 14 days of issuance unless otherwise agreed.

4. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of materials you provide to us. Upon full payment, you will own deliverables specifically created for you, subject to our retention of proprietary methodologies and tools.

All rights to our proprietary processes, templates, and know-how remain our exclusive property.

5. Limitation of Liability

Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the fees paid in the twelve months preceding the claim, or EUR 5,000, whichever is less.

We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or business opportunities.

Nothing excludes liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under EU or Polish law.

6. Termination

You may terminate services with 30 days written notice. You remain responsible for payment of all services rendered.

We may terminate immediately if you fail to pay invoices, breach these Terms, or engage in prohibited activities.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Warsaw, Poland.

EU consumers may also bring proceedings in their country of residence and may access the European Commissions Online Dispute Resolution platform.

8. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to active clients at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.
